What factors effect the cost of setting up a web site?

What does your Basic Website Package include?
Our basic website package includes custom design for your website, setting it up on a hosting service and helping you find a relevant and user friendly domain name for your buisness. You will have the option to manage your hosting account yourself, or, if you would rather let us handle the hosting and yearly renewals, we can do so for a nominal fee.
How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The time required for setting up your website will depend on size & complexity of your web site and our current workload. Template design for the Website may take a couple of weeks. Once the client approves the web template we design for them and provides all content and images , the website could be up and running in two weeks or less.
At this time, I do not have the time to gather all the information for my website. As a client, how much of my time will you need?
Just provide us a short statement of your work/philosophy, your color and design preferences and we can put together a custom website for you. We can gather most of information from your staff or any fliers you may have. If needed we can take photographs of your work or use your existing digital images. The website will go online only after you are completely satisfied with it.
In what form do I provide the content and images for my website?
Text can be provided in a cd , or via email as plain text or word format. Photographs and images can be provided in a cd , or via email as jpg/gif images.
Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes you can have one or several email addresses. I can also set it up to be forwarded to another email address if needed.

Yes. Search engine optimization is part of the design.
Can you create a Website with Content Management System?
Yes. We can use Open Source Content Management Systems like Joomla and Wordpress to create a Website with editable pages for the client. This is particularly useful for clients who need to constantly add or edit content on their Website.

Yes, we would be happy to look at you existing website.
Do your clients have to be local?
We have designed websites for local as well as out of state and offshore clients. Most communication for website requirements can be done quite effectively via the email and phone.
Do you provide maintenance for the website?
We would gladly make changes and updates to your website . For this service we charge an hourly rate of $35 per hr.
